Dr. Hiren Patel is a board-certified Cardiologist and fellowship trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist with advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders. He has a particular expertise in catheter ablation, cardiac device therapies, and post-TAVR (post-percutaneous aortic valve replacement) conduction

disturbances. Known for his evidence-based approach and patient-centered care, Dr. Patel is dedicated to improving cardiovascular outcomes through clinical innovation, research, and advocacy. He is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to manage their cardiac rhythm conditions. He combines cutting-edge electrophysiology with a compassionate, individualized approach to care. His goal is to improve both outcomes and quality of life for every patient he treats.

With over 30 peer-reviewed publications and numerous national presentations, Dr.  Patel’s research covers electrophysiologic evaluation post‑TAVR, arrhythmia‑induced cardiomyopathy, public CPR initiatives, ECG findings in hyperkalemia, and device outcomes. He has completed Editorial Fellowship with the Journal of Interventional

Cardiac Electrophysiology (2024) and received the Young Investigator Award (AACIO, 2023), as well as the J. Gerard Mudd Excellence & Achievement Award and Cardiology Fellow of the Year (Saint Louis University, 2023
