Domenic Marini M.D., FACC
Dr. Dom Marini grew up in Connecticut and attended Fairfield University. He later graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his medical residency at Brooke Army Medical Center and later became director of Intensive Care Medicine at Martin Army Hospital.
Subsequently, he completed a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at the University of Texas. He went back to Connecticut to receive further training in coronary artery disease and interventional cardiology. After completing a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology he did a third fellowship in Cardiac Imaging with an emphasis on Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Marini has published and presented scientific research on different medical subject areas to include cognitive neuroscience, management of cardiac arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, nuclear cardiac imaging, medical therapy in hypertension, and cardio-oncology.
Dr. Marini is most proud of receiving recognition for teaching during his training and medical practice. In Florida, he was instrumental with the development of hospital interventional cardiology catheterization laboratories and also a nationally certified cardiac imaging center. His office practice is primarily in Flagler county, though his patients come from a large geographic area.
