Ajit Janardhan M.D., FACC, FHRS
Dr. Janardhan's professional interests and extensive training include device therapy and radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardias and ventricular tachycardia, as well as treating cryptogenic stroke, syncope and the prevention of sudden cardiac death. He also performs left atrial appendage closure with WATCHMAN and Amulet devices He is subspecialty trained in the insertion and management of pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices, and in the ablation of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.

He has published numerous scientific journal articles, book chapters, and scientific abstracts, and has received top prizes at scientific conferences. The Heart Rhythm Society has recognized Dr. Janardhan's groundbreaking research by selecting him for the Young Investigators' Award for Basic/Translational research.

Personal Life:
- Dr Janardhan is married to his wife Mimi. He is blessed to have two children and a dog. He spends his spare time rowing, shooting competitively and recreationally, and traveling
